Hours are by appointment only
During this time you may schedule appointments, speak with our staff, or conduct business with our insurance or billing department. If you need to speak to the physician, please call and leave a message. She will return your phone call by the end of the day. Saturdays are primarily for sick visits only, however we do perform a limited number of physicals first thing in the morning. If you are making an appointment for a Saturday, please be sure to do so in advance as they typically fill up early. Please call during our normal business hours for all non-urgent matters. Because we are committed to timely patient care, we see patients by appointment only. Sick patients are always seen on the same day. Physicals and well visits are scheduled at the earliest available date, usually within 2 days.
Emergencies
For all true emergencies please call 911. Urgent issues are addressed directly by the physician after hours. In the event of an emergency, please call our office number and the physician will contact you. In the event your child ingests something potentially dangerous please call poison control directly at 904-549-4480. If you are calling to schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, please call back during our normal business hours.
Directions from 95:
Take 95 to John Turner Butler Boulevard East. Travel to Hodges Boulevard. Turn left at the Hodges Boulevard exit. Turn left at the first light, which is Glenn Kernan Parkway. Turn right into the parking lot before reaching the Glen Kernan Housing Division.Directions from the Beach:
Take Beach Boulevard West to Hodges Boulevard. Take a left on Hodges (near the new Target and Walmart shopping centers.) Turn right into the parking lot at 4788 Hodges Boulevard. If you reach the Publix/Walgreens shopping center, you've gone too far.View Google Map
